I do not want my film poster to be too complicated. I have decided to keep it very simplistic and not too harsh on the eyes. I want to deliver a simple message that describes the movie itself easily and also teases them enough to want to watch the film as well.
Moreover, I have not made all my features that are recognisable to the audience and I have also placed all the features that I have used in all places that are usually seen. Reasons for this is that I want the audience to feel the poster is recognisable as possible and nothing is outlandish.
Keeping it simple also emphasizes the loneliness of the character within the poster. As he is mainly by himself in the post-apocalyptic world, this poster due to lack of fullness, will also suggest it.
